Margaret Zamora, President

Margaret Zamora is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and a Certified Senior Move Manager (SMM-C) and “Circle of Service” recipient from the National Association of Senior Move Managers (NASMM).

 

After a 30 year career in the fitness industry as a Certified Personal Trainer, Margaret applies her experience in goal-setting and coaching to nurture her clients’ well-being.  She leads her team and advocates for her clients which brings about positive solutions during the overwhelming stress of downsizing and moving. 

 

Outside of work, Margaret enjoys decorating her home and cycling & hiking with her husband.

Haley Zamora, Vice President

 

Haley has led client moves in multiple senior living communities in San Diego County.  With a M.S. In Library Science from San Jose State University, of course her favorite thing to do is sort books with our clients!  Her organizational experience includes being involved with the move of San Diego’s downtown Central Library from it’s old location to it’s new home in 2013.

 

When not reading, Haley is rehearsing and performing salsa dancing.  She also enjoys running, hiking and spending time with her two children.

 

Alexandra Sander, Transition Coordinator

A native San Diegan, Alex has experience working in interior design after attending the Design Institute of San Diego. She also spent over 20 years working as a Paralegal and office manager in her father’s law firm, honing her multi-tasking skills.  

 

Alex’s quick-thinking, creativity and high energy impresses our team and our senior clients.  She consistently receives accolades for her caring nature and her drive to “get it done.”

 

Alex enjoys the outdoors, camping & hiking.  At home, her flair for delicious cooking is appreciated by her son Riley, her extended family and friends.

Rebecca Petcavich, Transition Coordinator

 

Rebecca has over 25 years experience in project management with a background in real estate/vacation rentals, staging, and spatial planning. 

 

Rebecca lightens our clients’ stress with her gentle sense of humor, her eye for creative design and innovative floor planning solutions.

 

Rebecca has a B.S. in Marketing and an M.S. in Finance from San Diego State University.  She loves learning new things, traveling and cat sitting.

Allysun Hoffman, Team Member and Analyst

 

Born and raised in San Diego, Allysun graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Information Systems. She has a passion for organizing and making beautiful, orderly spaces.

 

She spent her first eight professional years working as a business analyst. Allysun uses her skills and experience to keep Next Phase running smoothly with the latest business technology. 

Allysun has a close bond with her grandmother who is her inspiration for helping as many seniors as possible.  In her free time, Allysun enjoys running, hiking and photography in San Diego.
